Gina Hafez, LPC, GCDF
Clinician, consultant, and educator working at the intersection of mental health, technology, and existential risk.
I hold a clinical license and see therapy clients in Virginia and Texas. Separately, I do non-clinical consultation, curriculum development, and group facilitation with communities working on hard problems — including the people building and thinking about AI.
These are different kinds of work with different rules. Here’s how to tell which one you’re looking for.
Consultation, Curriculum & Facilitation
Non-clinical — available internationally
Reflective consultation, group process, curriculum design, and facilitation for individuals and organizations working on demanding problems.
This work draws on two decades of clinical training, research, and teaching. It is not therapy: no diagnosis, no treatment, no clinical record, no insurance billing.
Clinical Therapy
Licensed — Virginia and Texas
I provide psychotherapy through Sunstone Counseling to clients located in Virginia and Texas, where I hold licensure.
If you’re looking for therapy, this is the right door.
